Inform Billing has today unveiled its new brand, reflecting its increased size and capability and kick-starting the company’s next stage of growth.
The Derby-based billing specialist was formed in 2010 and since then has grown to provide services to over 100 customers, billing between a few hundred and several million pounds every month.
Shaun Bodsworth, managing director at Inform Billing says “Where the business has been very strong in the past is attracting new entrants to the reseller market and supporting them through the process. We will continue to do this, but in the future we also want to target more of the medium sized re-sellers who will stay with us and grow into the large organisations of tomorrow.
“We are increasingly diversifying and providing billing services to new sectors such as M2M, managed services and managed print. The new brand positions Inform Billing as a very credible option relevant to these sectors.”
Over the past year Inform Billing has invested in growing a team of highly skilled and qualified staff and has been working towards bringing the next generation of billing software to market.
Darren Salisbury, director and co-founder explains “as the owner and developer of a very complex and technical piece of software, the brand will reflect the capabilities of the business and instil the value of our products into customers. A website is important because it is often a potential customer’s first point of contact; it has to build confidence in the software that we have developed.”
The redeveloped website aims to provide better clarity of information and greater functionality for those looking for a billing solution.

We take a consultative approach with customers, sharing our expertise, and this is something that we aim to do online through regular blogs and social media comments.”
