Independent billing specialist, Inform Billing, is investing in people by adding six new appointments; creating new roles in both customer support and its in-house software development team.

The new recruits are focusing on supporting Inform Billing’s increasing number of reseller partners and working towards launching some exciting new features for the Eclipse billing software in 2017.

Managing Director, Shaun Bodsworth says “We have increased our headcount by almost 30% to help facilitate our continued plans for growth. With more than 160 resellers now using our billing software and close to 40% taking up our bureau services, we need to maintain the excellent levels of support we are so proud of. We also invest 40% of revenues into continuously improving our software and have an extensive list of upcoming enhancements on our development roadmap.”
