Inform Billing welcomes 10 new starters during 2022

Posted on:Friday June 17, 2022

Since the beginning of the year, we have welcomed 10 new starters in a variety of roles, strengthening the Inform Billing team and reflecting our ongoing growth.

In January we appointed Debbie Wealthall as Head of Sales. Debbie has almost 20 years’ experience within telecoms and billing in a range of roles, including sales and almost five years as a billing manager in a large resale business. More recently Debbie has worked in account management at Union Street Technologies and then as a Partner Business Manager at 9.

We have recruited three new Billing Support Advisors to support our growing Billing Services team:

Emma Clarke joined us in March after 10 years working for a Utility Management company as Head of Operations and more recently as Head of Customer Service.

Ewan Whetton also joined the team in March after recently graduating from Warwick University with an MA in History and recently worked in retail for The Co-Operative.

Terrie Bryan joined us in April with experience within a variety of admin-based roles including admin manager, PA and training co-ordinator. Most recently, Terrie worked as a Senior Admin Assistant at The University of Derby.

We have also recruited three new starters to join our Billing Operations team:

Rafi Zafar joined the team in February as a Project Support Analyst, focusing on managing customer migrations to our software platform and supporting enhanced use of our systems. Rafi has over four years’ experience in customer services, previously working for the Eurostar in a Customer Care role.

Mohammed Ali joined us as Support Desk Analyst after previously working within the textiles industry as an Application Support Analyst.  He was responsible for investigating issues raised by customers, working on the backend of the software, and amending data frontend.

Luisa Serrano Real joined at the end of May as Lead Project Analyst to work on multiple projects, focusing on the onboarding of new customers. Luisa’s background is in business process and continuous improvement project initiatives. Luisa has experience within a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, FMCG, retail and services.

Kelvin James has recently joined the Development team with almost three years’ experience as a Software Developer having previously worked within the manufacturing, corporate clothing, and education industries.

Kate Forster joined the team in May as Product Marketing Assistant. With a background in Product and brand management, Kate previously worked for Next within the Online Marketing team as International Territory Lead, where she looked after the social media, digital marketing, and print aspects of driving customers to the international websites.

Lastly, Katie Neicho joined us only last week as Executive Assistant, providing support to the Directors and wider project teams. Katie’s previous role was in the rail industry where she supported on various projects, including the newly opened Crossrail Elizabeth Line in London. Katie brings over 20 years’ experience in administration and support roles, ranging from small privately owned companies to larger international businesses operating worldwide.

We are excited by how much the team has grown recently and the talent that we have brought into the business.   We are always looking for great people with a can-do attitude and drive to get stuck in.  If you would like to join us, get in touch at careers@informbilling.co.uk
