Inform Billing is offering its customers access to the Enlighten online portal to manage their account with the billing specialist.

Enlighten is offered alongside Eclipse for clients to use with their end-customers – now the facility is available, free of charge, for customers to manage their accounts with Inform Billing.  Enlighten is a 24/7 online service that enables users to view, download and analyse account information and update their settings.

Those taking advantage of this service will gain real experience of using Enlighten as a customer, a benefit when supporting their own customers.

To login to Enlighten, visit the Inform Billing website and click the ‘Client login’ button found in the top right hand corner.  First time visitors will need to register, but after that login is achieved with a secure username and password.
