Best Billing Solution

This award will be presented to the most outstanding software solution that has enabled resellers to efficiently and effectively bill and provision telecom and data services, while also enhancing their customer management processes. Our award entry highlighted our Eclipse software and our ongoing investment alongside the increased capabilities that we have implemented. We also shared glowing customer testimonials and demonstrated technical support expertise alongside sales and account management functionality.

Best Supplier Innovation 

A great achievement for Inform Analytics, our business intelligence solution, to be nominated as finalists within this category and within the first year of launching! This award will be given to the supplier business, whether a vendor, carrier, service provider, or distributor, that has introduced an innovative new solution or product, helping resellers significantly increase the value of their sales to end-user customers. Detailing the thinking behind Inform Analytics and our launch process, we shared how we implemented this new business intelligence solution to the market and showcased a bespoke customer case study.
