Awarded to the sales or account management team in a vendor, supplier, or network operator, which has shown a consistent record of achievement against KPIs, a readiness to rapidly grasp and sell new solutions and technologies and has provided exemplary channel account management. Inform Billing’s consultative sales approach and robust account management programme has resulted in exceeding targets and surpassing new client goals. We have emphasised new resources and prioritised customer retention, achieving substantial growth, showcasing resilience and dedication to customer success.
Vendor Marketing Team
We were lucky to be finalists in 2023 within the Marketing Team category and now again in 2024, with the judges looking for a consistent record of achievement in developing and protecting the company brand, generating leads for the company, and creating a strong client and market profile via traditional and new media methodologies. Establishing our marketing strategy to confront industry challenges by enhancing our competitiveness, improving communication, showcasing diversity, and prioritising customer satisfaction. Vendor Executive Leaderships Team
