  • Award submissions for Software Vendor of the Year are always of a high quality, with applications showcasing achievements over a 12-month period and detailing any outstanding contributions that have been made to the success of their customers. Inform Billing shared recent successes from ongoing product features and enhancements to ISO accreditations and the launch of our new Inform Analytics. Customer success is at the heart of what we do and we were able to share recent success stories involving major works projects through to customer support feedback.

  • Software Product or Solution of the Year applications centralised around on-premises or cloud software solutions that have had a significant impact on the market, channel partners or their end user customers in 2023. Showcasing Inform Billing’s innovative billing software, Eclipse and demonstrating that through collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity, Inform Billing has remained committed to empowering and delighting customers. Efforts have translated into tangible business outcomes and channel recognition.
• Emma Clarke – Account Manager of the Year
  • Entries for this award focussed on the impact account managers have had on client relationships and how they align within their organisation’s strategic objectives. In particular, building relationships with customers, showcasing product knowledge and problem-solving skills. We were delighted to be able to share Emma’s account management experience and highlight customer instances where Emma’s commitment and abilities have overcome potentially challenging situations. Emma’s exceptional contributions to Inform Billing are undeniable and her commitment to client success is unwavering.
