INFORM Billing is celebrating after being awarded the ‘Best Billing Solution’ title at the 2019 Comms National Awards – taking home the title for the second time in just three years!
Run by Comms Dealer magazine, the Comms National awards are the ICT channel’s most respected and coveted awards programme; independently judged by a panel of industry experts.
Shaun Bodsworth, Managing Director at Inform Billing said: “We are over the moon to win the ‘Best Billing Solution’ award once again, proving our win in 2017 was not a ‘one-off’. We invest heavily into the continuous improvement of our software and services and are delighted to receive industry recognition for our hard-work.”
The win comes in a year where Inform Billing harnessed its experience and expertise to launch four major enhancements to its Next Generation billing platform; improving ease of integration, end-customer support, reporting and training.
Shaun continues: “The award is testament to the hard work and dedication of our whole team and is even more of an honour, because the category was described as ‘the most hotly contested of all the awards’. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to our success – our customers, channel partners and of course the whole Inform Billing team.”
The category was judged on a variety of factors and was awarded to the best software solution that has helped resellers bill and provision telecoms and data services effectively and efficiently and improve their customer management processes. Equally important is support services provided and results achieved by users.
The lavish awards ceremony took place at the glamorous Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London, with a performance by former Spandau Ballet frontman Tony Hadley and hosted by BBC newsreader Huw Edwards.
Comms Dealer Editorial Director Nigel Sergent said: “This truly was a night to remember. The number of entries again broke all our records. I would like to thank everyone who entered and sponsored the awards and contributed to making it such a celebration of channel togetherness.”
