This strategic move recognises Matt’s exceptional contributions and reflects his integral role in leading the Support, Projects and Analytics teams. Having dedicated seven years to Inform Billing, Matt has seamlessly evolved into a respected and indispensable member of the management team. His journey began in 2016 when he joined Inform Billing, embarking on a four-year apprenticeship degree while actively contributing to the growth of the business. Through his hard work and determination, Matt has ascended the ranks and is a true product expert, effectively overseeing the most extensive and intricate customer onboarding projects. 

Matt’s journey is marked by remarkable milestones, including achieving a first-class Business Management degree, earning a coveted Prince2 Practitioner qualification and being appointed to Billing Operations Manager in 2022. With an extensive arsenal of knowledge and expertise under his belt, Matt is now primed to take the next step in his career journey, aligning perfectly with Inform Billing’s exciting growth.
