With over 20 years’ experience developing software and 15 of those within telecoms, Mark oversees Inform Billing’s growing team of highly skilled software developers and testers. Having previously developed the Eclipse platform whilst in-house with Darren at Pan Telecom and later at GCI, Mark has been with Inform Billing since 2011. Mark is passionate about user experience and driving agile development methodologies through the business.
