ZENDESK is the online system that Inform Billing uses for logging support requests. All customers can access the system and by raising support tickets through Zendesk, benefit from additional functionality:
- You can give the request a priority rating to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
- You can see who the job is assigned to, making it easier for you to get in touch if you need to
- You can see the job history and track the status of the request
- You can raise follow-up requests, in the rare event that the problem was not fully solved
- You can mark tickets as solved if you find that the problem was not within the system
- You can see all previous tickets and view historic data
- You can access the system via a FREE app on your smartphone or tablet
